華盛証券 Valuable Capital Ltd. is seeking an experienced finance professional in Hong Kong to lead accounting and FRR reporting across multiple financial products.

You will ensure accurate daily bookings, manage month-end closes, and oversee regulatory submissions for the group’s licensed activities. The role requires 6+ years in finance/accounting, with 3+ years in a securities firm or financial institution, and a CPA/HKICPA/ACCA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a securities firm or financial institution.
• Solid experience in SFC FRR reporting at a licensed corporation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting treatment and booking procedures for various financial products.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily booking and accounting entries for a wide range of financial products and reconcile broker statements.
• Manage month-end closing and financial reporting for non-licensed corporations within the group.
• Monitor FRR compliance and submit regulatory returns on time.
• Drive automation for FRR reporting to reduce manual errors and turnaround times.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory filings; liaise with regulators and head office.
