Job summary

Osmium Consulting Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Finance Manager focused on Financial Regulatory Reporting (FRR) to lead end-to-end submissions for SFC Types 1, 2, 4, 5, and 9. You will coordinate with regulators and external auditors, implement robust controls, and drive timely FRR filings across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

The role requires 5–6 years of FRR experience, solid HKFRS/IFRS knowledge, and a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA preferred.
• 5–6 years of experience in financial regulatory reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of SFC regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards (HKFRS, IFRS).
• Experience in a securities or financial services environment desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual SFC FRR returns in full compliance with the SFC rules.

Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors to facilitate audits and inspections.

Implement and refine policies, processes, and controls to streamline regulatory reporting practices.

Collaborate with various internal departments to gather data necessary for accurate reporting.

Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring the team stays informed and compliant.

Qualifications:
