Confidential in Hong Kong seeks a meticulous Finance Manager – Regulatory & Financial Reporting to lead daily financial operations, monitor liquid capital, and manage FRR reporting for its SFC-licensed entities. The role engages in regulatory compliance, audits, and executive-level financial insights.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA (HKICPA/ACCA) with 5–6 years in accounting/finance, including 2–3 years Big 4 audit and 1–2 years in-house SFC-licensed entity experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified CPA with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent.
• 5–6 years of accounting/finance experience.
• 2–3 years Big 4 audit experience mandatory.
• 1–2 years in-house experience within SFC-licensed entities.
• Hands-on SFC FRR preparation and liquid capital monitoring.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• Operational, detail-oriented, with strong closing and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly FRR reports for SFC licensed entities.
• Monitor daily liquid capital and ensure regulatory capital requirements.
• Oversee daily capital monitoring and month-end close processes.
• Coordinate external audits and statutory filings with regulatory bodies.
• Present monthly financial statements and dashboards to C-suite.
• Evolve internal financial controls to support scaling.
