Job summary

ARTA TechFin Corporation Limited is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance professional to lead end-to-end FRR filings to the SFC and HKEX, and to monitor ongoing FRR compliance. You will interpret updates to HK regulatory frameworks and ensure resources' thresholds are maintained.

In addition, you will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under HKFRS, maintain strong internal controls, and coordinate with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years focused on SFC FRR reporting in a licensed corporation (Type 1 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HKFRS, SFO, and HKEX Listing Rules.
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven expertise in corporate finance, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulations, listing and compliance rules, and international accounting standards.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Regulatory & Compliance Reporting (FRR Focus)

Lead the end-to-end preparation, review, and timely submission of FRR and other regulatory filings to the SFC and HKEX.

Continuously monitor FRR compliance, assess the impact of new transactions/business activities on financial resources, and ensure all regulatory thresholds are maintained.

Interpret and implement updates to SFC rules, HKEX Listing Rules, and relevant ordinances to ensure ongoing compliance.

Financial Reporting and Audit

Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process in accordance with HKFRS and group policies.

Ensure robust internal controls over financial and regulatory reporting processes.

Prepare and present monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.

Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit and interim reviews, ensuring smooth completion and addressing audit queries proactively.

Financial Planning, Business Support and other Ad-hoc Projects

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support business planning and growth initiatives.

Provide analytical support to operational departments, highlighting financial implications of business decisions.

Support Ad-hoc projects, e.g. M&A, system implementation, and other strategic finance projects as required.
