Job summary

Eunique Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a client in Hong Kong who will oversee full accounting, regulatory reporting under the SFC FRR, and client asset compliance. The role requires strong Mandarin, independence, and hands-on financial analysis, budgeting, and liaison with auditors and regulators.

You will help manage audits and regulatory inquiries while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines OR CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience in SFC-licensed firms with Type 1,4,9.
• Strong familiarity with FRR and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Highly independent, hands-on, able to work autonomously.
• Proficient in Mandarin is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of financial and regulatory reporting adherence to FRR.
• Ensure liquid capital level fulfills SFC requirements.
• Handle day-to-day accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Monitor and reconcile client accounts per SFC client money rules.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with SFC inspections and external auditors.
• Assist with office administration and general workflows.
