Job summary

Ark Wealth Management is seeking a Customer Service Executive for a front-line sales and customer services role in a busy Hong Kong setting. You will receive full range training and mentorship and work five days a week, with opportunities to meet clients and manage daily operations.

You will maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers, support regular events, and gain exposure to data handling, campaign implementation, and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• HKCEE/DSE or above with related experience in customer service and sales.
• Fresh graduates welcome with relevant experience
• Experience in data handling and campaign implementation
• Marketing and event planning experience is an advantage
