Job summary

BAH Partners is a global hedge fund recruiting a Python Developer to join their Hong Kong team. You will work on software projects focused on trade analytics and position monitoring, with potential global rollout.

In this front-office role, strong English communication and business-domain experience are required. Responsibilities include delivering technical solutions in collaboration with trading and IT teams and shaping the project plan and core infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Solid development experience in Python.
• Good business knowledge of financial derivatives, esp. FX and IR.
• Web-based frontend development experience is a big plus (ReachJS, Electron, Websockets).
• Trading desk development experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with trading desk, quants, and IT to deliver technical solutions.
• Develop enhancements and new tools for trade analytics and position monitoring.
• Define development/project plans with milestones aligned to strategy and own delivery.
• Contribute to building and evolving the strategic core infrastructure.
