Qualifications

• 3+ years of quantitative development or systematic trading tech experience.
• Strong Python development, debugging, and performance optimisation skills.
• Solid financial markets knowledge and understanding of quantitative research workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build Python frameworks and tools supporting quantitative research and systematic trading.
• Partner directly with portfolio managers and researchers to turn ideas into production solutions.
• Develop capabilities across multiple strategies, markets, and asset classes.
• Work with technology, infrastructure, DevOps, and data teams to deliver reliable systems.
• Optimise performance and solve business-critical trading issues.
• Take ownership across development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
