Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Trade Operations or Hedge Fund Operations
• Strong knowledge of Python or VBA is an advantage
• Exposure to Python, SQL, or automation platforms for data work
• Strong ability to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities

Responsibilities

• Trade support and reconciliation: booking, monitoring positions, and reconciling cash across portfolios
• Issue resolution and coordination with internal teams and external counterparties
• Process improvement and automation: review workflows and drive efficiency
• Automation and data tools: support automated reports and workflows using scripting or AI tools
• Data management and reporting: ensure data quality for reporting needs
• Onboarding and connectivity: assist in setting up new counterparties and trading relationships
• Project and system initiatives: contribute to system upgrades and regional/global initiatives
• Risk monitoring and controls: track operational risks across the trade lifecycle
• Documentation and process tracking: maintain clear docs and knowledge sharing
