Job summary

BAH Partners in Hong Kong is seeking a Quant Developer to join a global multi-strategy hedge fund expanding APAC systematic trading capabilities.

You will be part of a small Quant Development team, collaborating with Portfolio Managers and Quant Researchers to build frameworks, tooling and live trading infrastructure. This role offers ownership in a lean environment, with opportunities to influence design and performance across a wide range of problems.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years’ experience in quantitative trading or related field.
• Strong Python development skills with CS fundamentals, system design and performance debugging.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading.

Responsibilities

• - Work with Portfolio Managers and Quant Researchers to build frameworks, tooling and live trading infrastructure.
• - Contribute to quantitative research and live trading capabilities within a lean, high-ownership environment.
