The role collaborates with quants and researchers, builds production-grade applications, and leads projects from analysis through delivery. A candidate with 2+ years of software engineering experience and a CS degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Python and production-grade Python applications
• Experience with testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices

Responsibilities

• Partner with quantitative traders and researchers to design and build robust reporting and analytical tools
• Evaluate and integrate datasets to generate actionable insights for trading opportunities
• Build, deploy, and support production-grade Python applications used by the trading team
• Lead projects end-to-end from analysis to delivery
• Provide user training and promote sound software engineering practices
• Provide Tier 3 production support as needed
