Job summary

The Cityview is seeking a proactive Guest Services Officer to check guests in and out, provide frontline reception support, and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner. You will communicate fluently in English and Chinese, assisting guests with a range of needs in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related fields, have 1-2 years of relevant experience, and can stay composed under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Front Office or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Pleasant, customer-oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Guest Services Officer.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out guests and provide frontline services at the reception in a professional manner.
• Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints with courteous and friendly conduct.
