Job summary

Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel 位於屯門，現招聘前台接待，負責接待櫃台的日常運作，與客人建立良好關係，協助辦理入住及退房手續，為賓客提供專業友善的服務。

理想候選人需具備酒店管理相關專科以上學歷，至少3–4年酒店行業經驗，熟悉 Opera 系統者更佳；具英文及廣東話／普通話的溝通能力，能為客人提供貼心與高效的服務。

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation of the reception counter and maintain a good relationship with customers
• Assist guests in checking in / out process

Qualifications

• A certificate or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in hotel industry
• Knowledge of Opera System is preferred
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills are added advantages
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
