Job summary

Dorsett Wanchai Hong Kong is seeking a service-driven Front Office professional for a full-time role in Wan Chai. You will handle guest check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant hotel experience, diploma or certificate in hospitality, and fluent English with Cantonese and Mandarin. Immediate availability is preferred, and familiarity with Fidelio Opera is a plus.
