Job summary

JMS UNION FREIGHT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Executive at Ang Mo Kio to drive new business in freight forwarding. You will build relationships with potential customers and coordinate with internal teams to meet sales and service targets.

The role requires at least 1 year in freight/logistics, strong communication and customer service, and the ability to work independently with a proactive mindset. Basic salary with commission and transport allowances forms the compensation package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Company.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently with a pro-active attitude.
• Best to have existing clientlel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that sales, operational and business performance and target are achieved.
• Engage existing and potential customers to solicit sales and maintain a good business relationship.
• Carry out sales calls/sales visits and provide appropriate service to customers.
• To develop and grow an assigned territory through hunting opportunities and maintaining existing business.
• Makes sales contacts and researches customer needs to develop business opportunities with potential prospects.
