Job summary

Cyberport Hong Kong is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager to develop OPC Hub, a platform for One-Person Companies. You will engage founders, connect them with resources, and build partnerships to deliver events and programmes that drive community growth.

You will work within the Blockchain & Digital Asset Team to translate member needs into practical support and measurable outcomes, while coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology, startup or ecosystem roles.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, entrepreneurship or related field.
• Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in AI, project management or entrepreneurship is a plus.
• Strong community-building, stakeholder-engagement and partnership skills.
• Knowledge of agentic AI, blockchain, cybersecurity or related tech.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua).
• Proven ability to plan and deliver training and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a community plan to strengthen OPC engagement and peer learning.
• Build trusted relationships with founders and maintain structured engagement.
• Connect OPC members with resources across tech, funding, market access, and services.
• Coordinate partnerships, proposals, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver training, workshops, networking events, and demo days.
• Identify and manage partnerships with corporates, investors and universities.
• Prepare updates, dashboards and reports on member activities and outcomes.
• Monitor AI, blockchain, cybersecurity trends and adapt programmes accordingly.
• Support cross-team alignment of member services and partner initiatives.
