Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in facilities management, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity, with strong data analysis, project management, and FM software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Customer Service, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years progressive facilities management experience, with at least 2 in a senior/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and FM best practices.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience with FM software and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily facilities operations and maintenance of the co-working space, including building systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies to optimize performance, sustainability, and resilience.
• Lead and mentor the facilities team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional service to members.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with the community, leasing, and sales teams to gather insights and identify opportunities to enhance the overall member experience.
• Maintain detailed records, access controls, and implement procurement and vendor management processes.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on facility performance, occupancy, budgets, and sustainability initiatives for management.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of robust emergency response and business continuity plans.
