Job summary

IMan Investment is seeking a Platform Operations Associate in Hong Kong to support day-to-day firm operations and vendor coordination as the platform expands across regions. The role suits an organised operator who builds reliable systems behind an investment firm.

You will coordinate office operations, onboarding logistics and event support, while maintaining clear documentation and process quality for cross-border initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in operations, executive support, fund administration or related roles.
• Excellent organisation, ownership and written English.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, documentation tools and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in Hong Kong professional services or investment environments preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors, office operations and internal service workflows.
• Support onboarding logistics, travel and event coordination for the investment team.
• Maintain operating checklists, trackers and documentation standards.
• Assist finance and compliance colleagues with information gathering and follow-ups.
• Improve process quality across tools used by the Hong Kong platform.
• Partner with regional teams on cross-border operational requests.
