Job summary

Cyberport Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Programme Executive to support the Programmes of the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Team. You will research startups, maintain a strong network of industry contacts, and handle programme enquiries.

You will lead the planning and execution of large-scale programmes and events, build partnerships with leaders, and maintain programme application summaries. The role requires good English, Chinese and Mandarin, and is a 12-month temporary contract with renewal

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience in ICT entrepreneurship and startup incubation programs.
• University graduates in all disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with good sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Team's programmes and events.
• Research and identify promising startup companies across industries and technologies.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of startup founders, investors and incubators.
• Handle enquiries for programme-related activities and events via telephone and email.
• Lead planning and execution of large-scale, high-impact programmes and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders and vetting team members.
• Prepare and maintain summaries of programme applications.
• Schedule, arrange and manage meeting logistics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into programme planning.
