Job summary

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Flower Shop Manager to lead daily flower shop operations and deliver elegant floral experiences throughout the hotel. You will plan bespoke arrangements for the lobby, public areas, guestrooms, F&B outlets and events, manage flower procurement and inventory, and ensure all designs reflect Shangri-La's standards of quality, creativity, and elegance.

Candidates should have eight years of floral retail or hotel-flower experience, be fluent in

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in floral arrangement or flower shop operations, preferably in hotels or luxury floral retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Strong creativity with a good sense of design and aesthetics.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
