Catch in Central, Hong Kong, is hiring energetic all-rounders for a new multi-level bar and bistro concept. We seek juniors, captains, and supervisors to lead operations in a fast-paced, social setting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Hong Kong.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays (as per the 5-day roster).
• Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Bar Support: Assist with basic drink preparation, running drinks, and maintaining the bar area.
• Restaurant Ops: Set up the floor, handle cash/POS transactions, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest leaves happy, whether they are grabbing a quick lunch or staying for dinner and drinks.
