Job summary

KPay Group in Hong Kong leads in fintech and payment solutions. We are expanding our Business Development team to connect with merchants, tailor payment offerings, and close deals. You will manage onboarding, demonstrations, and the full sales cycle, with comprehensive training and clear career progression.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years in sales or business development; training provided.
Fluent in Cantonese.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented and comfortable with field work.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote KPay’s all-in-one POS solutions.
Understand merchants' needs to tailor payment solutions and recommendations.
Present products and demonstrate systems to answer merchant questions.
Assist merchants with account opening, POS installation, and setup.
Manage full sales cycle from quoting to contract signing and basic post-sales support.
Gather market trends and merchant feedback to help optimize products and services.
Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed sales targets.
