Job summary

RedotPay is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to manage RFIs, KYC/KYB workflows, and related legal administration within a fast-growing crypto fintech. You will log, verify, and respond to law enforcement requests, coordinate with external counsel, and maintain matter trackers, supporting senior regulatory counsel and ensuring timely, accurate records across the compliance function.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a reputable university.
• 1–2 years of experience in private practice, in‑house legal/compliance, or regulated financial services/fintech.
• Exposure to law enforcement RFIs, KYC/KYB processes, regulatory correspondence or legal administration is a strong advantage.
• Experience in payments or crypto is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process regulatory RFIs and information requests.
• Log RFIs on the Masterlist and maintain case folders.
• Verify authenticity of requesting officers/agencies (source checks, letterhead, official site).
• Issue holding replies when documentation is incomplete or non-English.
• Locate users via Compliance Platform and Sumsub to extract KYC data and relevant records.
• Consolidate findings and respond to requests.
• Draft routine letters and templates under supervision.
• Assist with general legal administrative tasks and coordination with external counsel.
