Job summary

RD Technologies in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our legal team. You will provide administrative, legal research, and operational support to our Legal Counsel, with a focus on cross-border payment operations and Fintech compliance.

The role covers licensing & regulatory support, contract & document management, corporate governance, and collaboration with external law firms.

Qualifications

Degree in Law is required; HK Bar/Solicitor is not required.
1–3 years of paralegal, legal assistant, or legal intern experience.
Exposure to Fintech, financial services or cross-border payments is a plus.
Strong written and spoken English and Chinese; attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal and regulatory research under the direction of Legal Counsel.
Assist with licensing maintenance and regulatory filings for HK and overseas licenses.
Review and draft standard agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts) using templates.
Prepare case files and coordinate with external law firms on engagements.
Support corporate secretarial matters and governance filings.
