Job summary

RedotPay is seeking a Compliance Manager to strengthen its regulatory compliance framework in the fast-growing crypto and fiat payments sector. You will manage AML/KYC risks, ensure adherence to Hong Kong and international regulations, and support business growth with robust compliance controls.

Key responsibilities include designing policies, leading sanctions screening and monitoring programs, and conducting risk assessments and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant compliance experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or banking with solid AML/KYC knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of SFC regulations in Hong Kong and cross-border compliance; fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Proactive and detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls for crypto/stablecoin payments, card services, and fiat operations.
• Lead AML/CTF, KYC, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring programs.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely compliance with licensing requirements and reporting obligations.
• Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal audits; prepare reports for management and regulators.
• Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to embed compliance into new initiatives and daily processes.
• Handle regulatory inquiries, licensing applications, and audits.
• Train and advise staff on compliance matters and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant compliance experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or banking, with solid knowledge of AML/KYC and SFC regulations in Hong Kong.
• Strong understanding of virtual asset regulations, payment systems, and cross-border compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
