Langham Hospitality Group’s Eaton HK is seeking a guest-focused service professional to join our dining team. You will greet guests, present menus, and deliver dishes with professionalism in a fine dining setting.

The role requires Cantonese and English fluency (Mandarin a plus) and at least one year in a fine dining or Michelin-starred venue; a Higher Diploma in Hospitality is preferred. Benefits include a five-day week and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Diploma in Hospitality or F&B preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to guests according to hotel standards.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus and describe dishes and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries and special requests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely order delivery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or Hotel Management.
