About the Team
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is responsible for planning and managing the company’s overall financial performance. Act as a strategic business partner in key operational decisions. Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the full planning cycle, including the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting processes.
Monitoring and evaluating key business drivers through detailed data analysis.
Delivering financial dashboards, reports, and strategic commentary to business leaders.
Supporting regional deliverables, including the consolidation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business results.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support corporate projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
5- 8 years of solid experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance.
Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and dashboard tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
Proactive mindset with the ability to see the "big picture" and work in a fast-paced environment.
