Job summary

Hong Kong Wing On Travel Service Ltd is seeking a Finance Supervisor / Assistant Finance Manager to oversee core accounting operations and drive digital transformation of financial workflows.

You will partner with tours, product, procurement, sales and customer service teams to deliver forward-looking insights, support pricing decisions, and lead month-end close, dashboards and variance analysis using Excel and Power BI. Cantonese and English are required; Mandarin an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, business or related discipline.
• HKICPA / ACCA / CPA qualification or part-qualified.
• 3+ years in finance or accounting, ideally combining audit with commercial finance or FP&A.
• Solid management accounting — costing, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis; HKFRS knowledge.
• Hands-on Excel plus Power BI/Tableau, SQL, VBA, Python or RPA tools; at least one automation/dashboard project.
• Cantonese as working language; fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Right to work in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Business partnering — finance contact for Tours; collaborate with Head of Tours and cross-functional teams.
• Tour costing, pricing and profitability analysis; support margin decisions and post-tour variances.
• Planning, budgeting and forecasting including seasonal peaks.
• Management reporting with variance analysis vs budget, forecast and prior year.
• Financial control, compliance and risk; controls over deposits, payments and refunds.
• Process improvement — month-end close, reconciliations, dashboards in Excel/BI.
