Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to drive regional consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across APAC. You will work with local teams to ensure accurate reporting and insightful management information for senior leaders.

Based in Hong Kong, the role requires strong SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with Mandarin proficiency preferred. You will partner with commercial leaders and the C-suite to optimize profitability and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.
• Master’s degree or professional accounting certification preferred.
• Experience in FP&A, accounting, or audit within a multinational company is required.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and consolidation is essential.
• Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Job description

Drive the regional consolidation of financial results for all entities in line with Group accounting standards. Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning across the region.

Standardize financial reporting processes across APAC to boost efficiency. Deliver insightful performance presentations for Senior Management and Maison headquarters.

Partner with regional commercial leaders to evaluate business drivers, look beyond P&L metrics, and optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

Direct all financial planning, controlling, and reporting for Global Travel Retail, collaborating closely with local teams to mitigate risks and achieve financial goals.

Supply key inputs for entity-level cash flow planning and curate the monthly regional performance dashboard.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. A Master’s degree or professional accounting certification is preferred.

At least 5 years in financial controlling, FP&A, or audit within a multinational company, ideally in retail or FMCG with strong regional exposure.

Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and consolidation. Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights to cross-functional partners and C-suite leadership.

Full professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is strongly preferred.
