Job summary

Experis seeks a seasoned Finance Supervisor for Hong Kong operations. Responsible for tax filings, accounting records and regulatory compliance to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

You will coordinate with auditors and the IRD, oversee bank accounts and daily treasury tasks, and support secretarial duties for local and overseas entities.

Fluency in Chinese and English, strong ethics, and 5+ years of hands-on experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required.
• At least 5 years of hands-on financial experience.
• Familiar with Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and tax regulations.
• Experience in Chinese-funded enterprises preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all tax filings (Profits Tax, Salaries Tax, etc.) for Hong Kong entities; liaise with IRD and other relevant organizations for annual audit to ensure full tax compliance.
• Manage Hong Kong corporate bank accounts, including fund settlement, bank statement reconciliation, expense verification and daily financial matters; oversee account annual renewal and related docking affairs.
• Assist with Hong Kong and overseas companies annual return filing, BR renewal and other secretarial compliance matters.
• Complete full-set accounting and statutory reports under HKAS.
• Any ad hoc projects upon request.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, HKICPA/ACCA/China Intermediate Accountant is preferred;
• At least 5 years of hands-on financial experience, familiar with Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and tax regulations, working experience in Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred;
• Excellent professional ethics and sense of responsibility;
• Detail-oriented, self-initiative and excellent interpersonal communication skills；
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
