Job summary

Easylink Payment Network (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is seeking a Finance Supervisor to assist with budgeting, financial oversight, and fund utilization. You will supervise financial operations in line with internal policies and maintain financial management systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, relevant certifications, and at least 3 years of accounting or auditing experience. Collaboration with departments and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related disciplines.
• Holding relevant accounting certifications or professional qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or a related field; management experience preferred.
• Familiar with corporate financial management processes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organizational and coordination skills, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Oversight: Assist in formulating and implementing the company’s financial budget and managing fund utilization.
• Fund Management & FX Settlement: Carry out fund operations, manage idle funds, and collaborate on foreign exchange settlement matters.
• Financial Statements & Analysis: Maintain bookkeeping communications and prepare regular financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
• Financial Management: Analyze the company’s financial position, propose improvements, and strengthen internal controls and cost management.
• Other Duties: Support annual audits and post-investment management tasks as required.

Job description

Financial Planning & Oversight: Assist in formulating and implementing the company’s financial budget, and managing fund utilization. Supervise and review financial operations in accordance with the Head Office’s internal control and financial policies, and update the company’s internal financial management systems and operating procedures.

Fund Management & Foreign Exchange Settlement: Carry out fund operations in compliance with regulations, and conduct regular management of idle funds. Collaborate with the Operations Department on foreign exchange settlement matters, and optimize fund allocation.

Financial Statements & Analysis: Maintain communication with bookkeeping service providers and manage their performance. Prepare regular financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, financial budgets, and ad-hoc business analysis reports, to provide data-driven support for management decision-making.

Financial Management: Analyze and evaluate the company’s financial position, propose improvement initiatives, and support efforts to enhance overall financial management standards. Strengthen internal financial controls, monitor cost expenditures at key stages, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and develop actionable plans for implementation.

Other Duties: Support the annual audit and post-investment management tasks as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related disciplines.

Hold relevant accounting certifications or professional accounting qualifications.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or a related field. Candidates with relevant management experience are preferred.

Familiar with corporate financial management processes.

Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational and coordination skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working under pressure, and a results‑oriented mindset.
