Job summary

BDO Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a senior finance professional to manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

You will lead monthly management reporting, annual financial statements, budgets and forecasts, and coordinate with external auditors to support the HK entities' audit and compliance needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong technical skills in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with financial software and data analysis tools and advanced Excel.
• Ability to multitask, work independently in a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations including A/P, A/R and GL.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and annual financial statements.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast.
• Analyse financial data and provide business insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and IFRS compliance.
• Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors for HK entities.
• Lead system implementation projects and manage tax-related matters.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required and support the BDO Global Vision.
