Job summary

Good Wish is seeking a Sales Manager for Financial Services & Business Development to drive growth in the client portfolio and lead the sales team in achieving targets. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships and guiding business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Hong Kong.
• Experience in sales/business development in financial services or client-facing roles.
• Previous team management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies.
• Lead, motivate and support the sales team in achieving performance targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand clients’ financial objectives and recommend suitable solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular progress reports.
• Provide coaching and practical guidance to team members.
• Work closely with senior management on business planning and market development.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant company policies and regulatory requirements.
