Job summary

Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a client-focused professional to respond to customer inquiries, share insights on stock market trends, and explain investment opportunities. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

You will collaborate with branch teams to organize activations and events, manage accounts, and support performance-counseling for operations staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, PR / communications or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years relevant work experience in securities firms / banking / marketing industry.
• Holder of SFC license Type1, 4 is an advantage.
• Independent, customer focused with strong analytical and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Working at the branch and shift duty is required including weekdays, weekends & public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on stock market trends, investment opportunities, and other related topics
• Work closely with promoters to implement activations and events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement

• Provide quality customer services and handle all client’s account services enquiries
• Assist in scheduling working hours and involve in performance management/counseling on operations staff
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
