Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited is seeking a part-time client services associate in Hong Kong to welcome guests, assist with client inquiries, and support the account opening process. You will perform ad-hoc duties as required by the supervisor and help maintain a positive, efficient service environment.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work at least three days per week in a busy fintech setting.

Qualifications

• Pleasant and friendly personality
• Independent, customer-focused with analytical and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Cantonese; conversational Mandarin
• At least 3 days per week
