Job summary

Headsearch21 Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager with a manufacturing background to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the APAC region. The role requires collaboration with operations to monitor performance, implement tax strategies, and strengthen internal controls across regional offices.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA) required.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Regional APAC experience is a plus.

Our client is a leading manufacturing company with production sites across the APAC region, we are now seeking for high caliber candidate to manage the financial operations within the APAC region:

Job Duties:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for regional operations.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Partner with operational teams to monitor and improve business performance metrics.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the Group’s tax position
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks, including currency risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
• Provide financial insights, analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• With professional accounting qualifications of CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred
• With regional experience - support offshore offices
• Willing for frequent travel within APAC region
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
