Job summary

Links International is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join our APAC team. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across markets, consolidating submissions from country finance teams and developing dashboards for performance tracking.

You will analyze variances, prepare monthly management packs, and provide commentary on revenue, margins, and expenses. Strong cross-functional collaboration and advanced analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across APAC markets.
• Consolidate financial submissions from country finance teams.
• Analyze variances against budget, forecast, and prior year performance.
• Prepare monthly APAC management reporting packages for regional leadership and global headquarters.
• Develop financial dashboards and performance tracking tools.
• Provide analysis on revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability trends.
• Deliver insightful commentary on business performance and key drivers.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to evaluate business performance.
• Analyze profitability by market, product category, channel, and customer segment.
• Support pricing, promotional effectiveness, and investment return analysis.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across APAC.
• Support strategic initiatives, new product launches, and market expansion projects.
• Assist in preparing business cases and investment assessments.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support key business decisions.
• Build and enhance financial models for planning and performance evaluation.
• Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling.
• Support commercial and operational decision-making through advanced analytics.
• Drive improvements in reporting automation and data visualization.
