Job summary

ACCA Careers represents a leading multinational in Hong Kong seeking a Finance Manager to oversee regional APAC financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will ensure HKFRS/IFRS compliance, drive process improvements, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

You will lead tax and treasury aspects, coordinate audits across APAC entities, and partner with regional heads to optimise contracts and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years post-qualification accounting/finance in regional or multinational setting.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Qualified accountant with CPA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Solid HKFRS/IFRS and multi-currency consolidation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end regional financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses for APAC entities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in HKFRS/IFRS compliance.
• Provide strategic financial insights and commercial analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Oversee tax compliance, treasury management, and audits across regional jurisdictions.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and internal controls improvements across regional units.
• Partner with cross-functional APAC heads to evaluate commercial contracts.

About The Job.

Skills & Experience Required.

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of post-qualification accounting or finance experience within a regional or multinational setup. Big 4 experience is a plus
• Qualified accountant with CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Solid technical expertise in HKFRS / IFRS and multi-currency regional financial consolidation.
• Strong analytical mind, business acumen, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with regional stakeholders.
