Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Finance Manager to lead end-to-end financial management for the APAC region. Based in Hong Kong, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and regional reporting while ensuring compliance with HKFRS/IFRS and multi-currency consolidation.

You will partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic financial insights, support business growth, and oversee tax, treasury, and audits across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years post-qualification accounting or finance experience in regional or multinational setting.
• Qualified accountant with CPA or ACCA.
• Proven HKFRS/IFRS knowledge and multi-currency regional consolidation.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end regional financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for APAC entities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in compliance with HKFRS / IFRS standards.
• Provide strategic financial insights and commercial analysis to support senior leadership decision-making and business growth.
• Oversee tax compliance, treasury management, and audit processes across multiple regional jurisdictions.
• Drive finance transformation, process automation, and internal control enhancements across regional business units.
• Partner with cross-functional business heads across APAC to evaluate commercial contracts.

Skills & experience required

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of post-qualification accounting or finance experience within a regional or multinational setup. Big 4 experience is a plus
• Qualified accountant with CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Solid technical expertise in HKFRS / IFRS and multi-currency regional financial consolidation.
• Strong analytical mind, business acumen, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with regional stakeholders.
