Job summary

The ISF Academy invites applications for an Assistant Finance Manager/ Finance Manager. You will manage the full set of accounting, treasury activities, and investment reporting across assigned entities, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audits.

Strong English and Chinese, plus SAP experience, are highly valued. Candidates should have a Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, 6+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years in management, and preferably exposure to investment/treasury

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• CPA or CFA qualification is an advantage.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in investment firms or treasury departments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounting for the assigned entities and prepare monthly reports.
• Bank reconciliation, P&L, balance sheet, and other financial analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Assist accounts receivable/payable operations; ensure internal controls.
• Assist with preparation of the annual statutory financial audit.
• Oversee treasury functions including cash and fund management; liquidity analyses.
• Monitor investment portfolio reporting; prepare related journal entries.
• Support Finance Committee activities and other duties as assigned.
