Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited's client, a leading global investment management firm, seeks an Assistant Manager in Finance & Investment Services to handle fee expense processing, journal entries, and regulatory submissions in Hong Kong.

You will work with internal business units and external fund managers, ensuring timely payments via Ariba and accurate management reports, reporting to the Associate Director.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Accountancy or Finance, or active student status with a recognized professional accounting body.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting operations or financial services support.
• Proficient in MS Office; hands-on experience with Ariba is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Fee Expense Processing: Verify invoice calculations, process timely payments to 3rd-party fund managers, raise purchase orders, and handle vendor payments via Ariba.
• Financial & Regulatory Reporting: Prepare journal entries, investment schedules, and management reports, while assisting with HKSFC and MPFA regulatory submissions.
• Third Party Management: Lead Third Party Management reporting and annual vendor reviews for finance-related providers.
• Admin & IT Support: Provide daily administrative support and liaise with the IT helpdesk to resolve operational requests.
