Luda Development Limited in Wan Chai, Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager to lead full-scale finance operations and deliver accurate reporting. You will drive month-end close, budgeting, and variance analysis while supervising AR/AP and bank reconciliations.

The role requires 8+ years in finance, professional accounting qualifications, and practical SAP/Excel expertise, with English and Cantonese proficiency. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; professional accounting qualification.
• >8 years’ experience in finance & accounting; strong leadership.
• Retail/servicing or MNC background preferred.
• Hands-on SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with good analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full-set accounting and financial operations.
• Drive month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Supervise AR, AP and bank reconciliation operations.
• Compile monthly management reports and analyze sales performance, inventory aging, and supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and governance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audit and IFRS deferred tax matters.
• Handle corporate tax compliance and liaise with tax representatives.
• Prepare reporting packages for Headquarter.
• Execute ad-hoc management requests.
