Job summary

ACCA Careers in Hong Kong seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial and management reporting, lead a team of five, and ensure HKFRS compliance across the group. You will drive FP&A, budgeting, and rolling cash flow forecasting while strengthening internal controls and reporting workflows.

You will partner with executive management to analyse regional revenue trends, product margins, and operating expenditure, supporting strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• HKFRS knowledge and strong governance experience.
• 6+ years post-qualification accounting with emphasis on financial/reporting.
• 2+ years supervisory experience (team of 5+).
• Hands-on ERP and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group financial and management reporting with HKFRS compliance.
• Lead, mentor and supervise a team in daily accounting and month-end close.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports with variance analysis.
• Drive FP&A, budgeting and rolling cash flow forecasting.
• Enhance internal controls, financial systems and reporting workflows.
• Coordinate statutory audits, corporate tax submissions and regulatory reviews.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to evaluate regional revenue and margins.
