Job summary

AGRICORE GROUP is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage comprehensive financial accounting and reporting under HKFRS in Hong Kong. The role covers full accounting cycles, tax filings, bank reconciliation, and cross-department coordination.

You will prepare monthly closes, balance sheets, income statements and cash flows, support quarterly management reporting and tax filings, and handle AR/AP along with inter-company accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on financial experience with full accounting cycles, tax filings and bank reconciliation.
• Familiar with HK tax system and HKFRS standards.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Kingdee, UF, SAP or NetSuite) and advanced Excel functions.
• Strong written and spoken Chinese and English; Cantonese preferred.
• Meticulous, discreet and able to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify vouchers and maintain daily cash and bank ledgers with daily reconciliation.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable reconciliation and inter-company accounts.
• Prepare monthly closes, balance sheets, income statements and cash flows per HKFRS.
• Assist in quarterly management reporting and financial analysis.
• Organize documentation for tax filings and coordinate with external auditors.
• Monitor HKIRD tax regulation updates to ensure compliance.
• Manage daily fund receipts/payments and foreign exchange settlements.
• Use ERP systems for entries and Excel-based data analysis and reporting.
• Assist with business registration changes and government subsidy applications.
• Manage financial archives for auditability.
