Job summary

Links International seeks a Finance Manager, FP&A (HK Group Management Reporting) to oversee monthly group reporting across multiple entities in Hong Kong. The role focuses on consolidated reports, KPI dashboards, board packs and executive presentations for senior leadership and shareholders.

You will provide insightful commentary on performance, risks and opportunities, and drive automation initiatives. The position also covers commercial FP&A including budgeting, forecasting and rolling

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly group management reporting processes across multiple business units and legal entities.
• Prepare consolidated management reports, KPI dashboards, board packs, and executive presentations for senior leadership and shareholders.
• Provide insightful commentary on financial performance, key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Enhance management reporting frameworks and reporting automation initiatives.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and rolling forecast exercises across the Group.
• Develop financial models to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
• Perform profitability analysis by business unit, channel, product, and customer segment.
• Drive scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support commercial and investment decisions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to business unit leaders and functional heads.
• Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations to improve commercial performance.
• Support pricing reviews, margin improvement initiatives, working capital management, and productivity enhancement projects.
• Assist business leaders in evaluating new business opportunities and investment proposals.
• Support strategic initiatives including new business ventures, expansion projects, acquisitions, and business transformation programs.
• Participate in financial due diligence, business case evaluation, and post-investment performance tracking.
