Job summary

HTK is seeking a Senior Accountant to build financial models, develop business cases and analyze profitability to support Capex/Opex investments.

You will lead the budgeting and forecasting process for revenue, expenses and capital expenditures, monitor performance and provide actionable insights to senior management. Fluency in English and Chinese is required, with strong Excel and Oracle/Hyperion experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 8+ years of related experience; e-Commerce/retail/loyalty rewards experience preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, independent, with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle/Hyperion experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and business cases to justify Capex/Opex investments.
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process for revenue, expenses and capex.
• Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor business performance and support BU to meet targets.
• Manage month-end closing, journal postings, and monthly reporting.
• Maintain controls and align with accounting best practices.
