Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ FP&A, business planning, or data analytics experience.
• Expertise in BI tools and programming (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Python, Power Automate).
• Strong financial modelling, KPI frameworks, and operational performance analysis.
• Proven ability to drive automation and transformation projects.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
• Analytical mindset with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze profitability, costs, and product lines for commercial strategy.
• Monitor financial and non-financial KPIs to align with corporate goals.
• Design and deliver interactive dashboards for management.
• Maintain reporting systems to meet changing business needs.
• Drive digital transformation by streamlining processes, integrating analytics, and automating tools.
• Enhance team efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Product Marketing, Operations, and IT to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Translate business needs into analytical requirements and outputs.
• Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis, presentations, and strategic projects.
