Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a data analytics professional to own the daily sales Power BI dashboard, validate data quality, and participate in Finance transformation projects. You will translate data into actionable insights, design clear reports, and support automated reporting solutions.

Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to drive improvements in data-driven decision making. The role requires strong skills in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Python, plus experience with automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and data analytics experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, or insurance-related functions.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with VBA and Power Automate for automation; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the daily sales Power BI dashboard to provide timely insights.
• Support data quality and integrity by updating and validating data under guidance.
• Participate in Finance transformation projects by gathering user requirements and designing automated reports.
• Design clear, easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and presentations from collected data.
• Contribute to data trend analysis and support problem-solving to identify insights.
