Qualifications

• University graduate in business administration, statistics, quantitative analysis, information technology or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of proven experience in business analysis and project areas.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Hands-on with automation, AI and data analysis using Power Automate, Power BI, Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to present to non-technical audiences.
• Curious, self-motivated, adaptable with proactive learning mindset and collaboration.
• Experience in insurance and operational processes is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as Business Analyst to perform production support tasks and handle production incidents and defects impacting operations.
• Proactively apply automation and AI solutions to streamline operational processes and improve team efficiency.
• Identify opportunities from incidents and day-to-day operations to drive system enhancements.
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Insurance domain and provide guidance on project best practices.
• Communicate updates and findings to diverse audiences and facilitate incident meetings.
• Support implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders.
