Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks a Business Analytics Manager to lead a dedicated analytics team and translate complex datasets into actionable business strategies. You will build self-service dashboards, govern data definitions, and guide cross-functional insights for Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

The role requires 7+ years in data analytics, 2+ years in leadership, and strong SQL plus BI platform expertise.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive data analytics or business intelligence experience.
2+ years of direct people leadership or programme management experience.
Advanced SQL capabilities with CTEs, complex joins, window functions and query optimisation.
Expert-level proficiency in at least one major BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
Strong data modelling, metric governance, and KPI framework design.
Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders.
Prior experience in e-commerce or consumer goods preferred.
Hands-on Python for statistical modelling bonus.
Familiarity with experimentation setups (A/B testing) and marketing attribution.
Experience integrating data from major CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the overarching data roadmap to support cross-functional divisions.
Design, build, and oversee self-service executive dashboards.
Establish data governance by standardising metric definitions and data quality.
Lead diagnostic projects focusing on cohort tracking, forecasting, funnels, and efficiency.
Oversee the data development lifecycle from scoping to deployment.
